I had a mixed experience at this resort. While it's beautifully located for exploring the surrounding areas and offers some nice amenities like pools and a hot tub, the overall maintenance and service definitely left something to be desired. The lack of accessibility to the ski slopes and the dated feel of the hotel made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

My experience at the resort spa was quite mixed. The rooms felt clean but were dated, and I appreciated the stunning mountain views. However, the service left much to be desired, and I struggled with connectivity issues due to poor cell service and no streaming internet. Despite being quiet and away from the noise, access to the ski slopes was inconvenient, making my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

My stay was a mix of beautiful views and frustrating service. The location was stunning—nestled in an alpine neighborhood with amazing mountain vistas. While the room was spacious, the customer service left much to be desired, from rude staff behavior to unresponsive maintenance. Overall, I appreciated the amenities like the kitchen and game room, but the inconsistent service made the experience less enjoyable.

I had high hopes for this resort, especially since it was a family tradition for over three decades, but my recent stay was quite disappointing. While some staff members were nice and the location has great potential, the overall condition of the hotel and its amenities left much to be desired. The lack of basic comfort like air conditioning and cleanliness issues made the experience far from enjoyable.
Rooms

The rooms were outdated and the pull-out couch had a filthy mattress that was nearly impossible to sleep on, making it uncomfortable for the kids.
Service

Service was inconsistent; attempts to reach the front desk went unanswered, and I faced rude treatment during checkout.

The resort is slopeside, but they really make accessing the slopes difficult, which was a huge letdown for a ski hotel.

The indoor pool was frigid and not well-maintained, with one hot tub showing signs of neglect. There were no towels provided in the pool area, which is a basic expectation.

The resort has a charming historic vibe and an excellent location close to attractions and outdoor activities. We enjoyed our suite, but the lack of air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable during an unexpected heat wave. The rooms were well-equipped, but there were minor cleanliness issues that could be improved. Overall, the resort is a good value for money, especially if you're visiting during cooler months.
